Puget Con Policies

Puget Con Policies and Terms of Service:


Covid Policy: Puget Con will comply with all local and state public health directives at the time of the convention.  Masks are not required.  Attendees are not to attend if they feel sick with Covid-19 or have reason to believe they may be sick with Covid-19. Attendees assume all risk of damage or infection from that disease.


Privacy Policy:

     Data we collect and why: The convention collects names and email addresses to facilitate attendance and operation of the convention.

     Photographs: Attendance at the convention is consent for the attendee to be photographed. Such photographs by the convention staff may be used to publicize or market the convention now or in the future.


Attendance: Registration to include payment is necessary to attend the event.

Anti-harassment: Attendees will not intimidate, harass, stalk, make uninvited physical contact, or make unwanted sexual attention towards others.

Personal conduct: Attendees will conduct themselves with good cheer, good sportsmanship and be gracious and charitable. Criminal conduct, violation of convention policies, hotel policies, or actions that endanger the safety of others will not be tolerated.

Cheating: Unless cheating is part of the game or permitted by the rules, attendees will not cheat.

Personal Property: All personal property brought to the convention is done so at the attendees’ own risk and they are responsible such property.

Minors: Those under the age of 16 must have parent present at the convention.

Removal from the convention: Management of the convention reserves the right to remove, ban, or eject without refund anyone who violates these policies.

Cancellation: Puget Con reserves the right to cancel or postpone the convention with no notice at the management’s discretion.


Limitation of Liability: TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUGET CON, INCLUDING ITS MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES, STAFF, VOLUNTEERS, SUCCESSORS, AND ASSIGNS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, DATA, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES. MOREOVER, PUGET CON AND THE SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS OF OUR SERVICES WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. FURTHERMORE, TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PUGET CON AND ITS SUPPLIERS’ AND DISTRIBUTORS’ TOTAL LIABILITY, FOR ANY CLAIMS YOU MAY MAKE UNDER THESE TERMS OR UNDER THE WEBSITE TERM OF SERVICE INCLUDING FOR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US TO REGISTER FOR ANY EVENTS OR TO USE OUR SERVICES. IN ALL CASES, PUGET CON, ITS SUPPLIERS AND ITS DISTRIBUTORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.


Acknowledgement of Terms of Service: By registering, attendees acknowledge these terms of service and policies.

Ownership: The convention is owned and operated by Maltby Publishing.
